The ocean view bedroom boasts a luxurious California King size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the accommodation of up to 4 guests, perfect for couples or small families. To keep you comfortable, central air conditioning and ceiling fans are available throughout the unit.

Your bathroom offers convenient access from both the bedroom and living room, featuring a modern walk-in shower, a single sink vanity, fresh towels, and premium organic bath products courtesy of Stay Aloha. You will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen that opens up to a dining area for four, alongside a Smart TV with cable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Maui.

Outfitted with beach essentials such as chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, you’ll be ready to soak up the sun. Plus, Stay Aloha provides a complimentary essentials starter kit including laundry and kitchen supplies, along with a warm welcome gift upon arrival.

Please note that some construction is currently taking place for stucco repairs on the building; however, all resort amenities, including the pool, fitness center, lobby, and elevators, remain fully operational.

The Royal Kahana offers fantastic amenities, including a beachfront swimming pool, BBQ area, fitness room, and activities center. Located across the street is the Kahana Gateway Center, home to restaurants like the Maui Brewing Company, convenience shops, and more.

While there is no resort fee, please be aware that parking fees apply upon check-in, set at $18.00 per day for the first 30 days and $10.00 per day thereafter. Also, we provide a $50 damage insurance fee that covers up to $1500 in damages, giving you peace of mind during your stay.

Regarding the beach, the shoreline in front of Royal Kahana may experience seasonal changes due to ocean currents, especially in the fall and winter. This can affect beach accessibility, but public beach access is less than a five-minute walk from the property.

Maui's natural environment also means you might encounter friendly geckos and the occasional rooster. While we have pest control measures in place, complete elimination of these harmless critters isn't guaranteed. Our units are thoroughly cleaned, and any such interactions do not warrant refunds or rental adjustments.
